Our Story

Waldo's Lock & Security, LLC has been serving Rockingham County and the surrounding areas since 1987 with headquarters in Reidsville, NC. The owner Waldo Smith III learned the locksmith trade from his grandfather and is proud to carry on the tradition of providing professional and expert locksmith services for the region. With generations of experience, let our professional team help with all of your lock, key, and security needs.

What We Do

We offer a wide range of services including Residential Locksmith, Commercial Locksmith, and Automotive Locksmith. For residential clients, we can sell, install, re-key, and repair door locks and specialty locks. For commercial clients, we handle all of your alarm and security needs, including locking systems. And for automotive clients, we provide key replacement and create transponder chip keys.

Our Team

Our team includes Waldo Smith, CEO, who carries on the legacy started by his grandfather. Alison Smith serves as COO, PJ Ambrose is a locksmith tech, Caitlyn Anderson is a dispatcher, J.R. Brame is a technician assistant, Shane Dyson is a service manager and locksmith tech, Michael Harbour is a senior locksmith tech, Alan McKinney is a locksmith tech, and Brooke McKinney is a locksmith tech. Lindsey Smith manages the office.
