Poor Customer Service and Technical Issues
Many customers have experienced poor customer service and technical issues with this company. One author, Jessica Roberts, had a family member call the company to remove a lock on her vehicle, but the technician showed up and unlocked the vehicle instead. The company was unhelpful and unresponsive to her concerns. Another author, Elizabeth Vermilyer, reported that the technician she hired didn't know how to make a copy of her garage key and instead instructed her husband to break in through the window. The technician then charged her husband $100 and bullied him until he paid. There have been other instances of unprofessional behavior and technical issues with the company.
