Positive Experiences
Several customers had positive experiences with Diamondback Lock and Key, praising their professionalism, quick service, and reasonable prices. Negative Experiences
Unfortunately, several customers had negative experiences with Diamondback Lock and Key, including damage to their property. Justin Maman's experience was particularly egregious, as the company caused $7,746.93 worth of damage to his SUV while attempting to program a new key fob. The root of the problem was identified as an issue with the immobilizer system, which was allegedly damaged during the programming process. Maman has been unable to get the company to respond or take responsibility for the damage. Steve Cortez's experience was also negative, as the dispatch person was rude and hung up on him after he asked for clarification on the service.
